These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ruby Scaffolding (“Ruby Scaffolding”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of rubyscaffolding.com (the “Website”) and our scaffolding rental, installation, and related services (the “Services”). By accessing the Website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Ruby Scaffolding provides rental, supply, installation, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems — including MS scaffolding, aluminium scaffolding, cuplock scaffolding, barrication, fencing, and labour shed work — for residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and surrounding regions.
Quotations are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, duration, quantity, and any additional requirements.
You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until it is returned to or collected by us. Any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged at repair or replacement cost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruby Scaffolding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety guidance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Scaffolding must be erected, used, and dismantled in accordance with applicable safety standards and manufacturer guidance. Where installation is carried out by Ruby Scaffolding, our trained team will follow recognised safety practices. Where you erect or modify equipment yourself, you accept responsibility for safe use and compliance.
Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Cancellations made after dispatch, installation, or within the notice period stated in your quotation may incur charges for transport, labour, or equipment reservation. Equipment must be returned in clean and usable condition.
